MARY ANN'S TEA ROOM for "Tea In The Garden"

Like many of you we have been
 busy this summer and have
had some company so
yesterday we took our friends
 to Mary Ann's Tea
Room In St. Louis:

We enjoyed a lovely
Afternoon Tea:

The food was delicious although
I forgot to take photos until the
end of the meal.  I thought the
flowers outside were lovely too.

It was a very hot day but we made several
more stops - Lafayette Square area and
also Warson Woods Antique Mall.

Warson Woods is always a favorite:

I love this fun booth:

Because of company,  I haven't gotten
around to commenting myself on those of
you who linked last week - I thank each
one though and will visit you all soon!

Good morning, Bernideen! That tea room looks like a splendid place to enjoy tea and treats. I must confess that as much as I love our Island, it would be so much fun to have all those lovely tea rooms to visit. Summertime is busy for us as well. The past two days, I haven't stopped so today I'm taking it easy and I'm just going to relax out on the deck {if it doesn't rain} and enjoy a cuppa and listen to my birdies singing in the trees. The flowers are lovely there in St. Louis. Summertime is such a beautiful time of year and one of things I enjoy most are all the flowers in bloom. Thank you for sharing and hosting. Enjoy your time with your company!

I'd love to go out for afternoon tea with you, Bernideen! Thank you for hosting. About my ginger cookies today, I put one unstamped cookie in the center just to show people they can make them even if they don't have cookie stamps.

Oh yes that is the nicest tea room I have ever been to, I did love the Springfield tea room because of the little vintage shop and that fabulous cake they had.
I think we need to plan another trip to Mary Ann's for this fall
I'm sure your company liked it
I want to go back to Warson Wood antique mall also.

I would love to go to a tea room. Me, my daughter, my daughter-in-law, and my granddaughter are planning to go when my granddaughter gets a little older. I started looking for tea rooms and was so disappointed to find out a lot of the popular ones have closed. I am still looking and dreaming.
