Bernideen, I'm so sorry. I was worried you were doing way too much with the new house and garden. You're such a can-do gal (what a dear friend always called "industrious"), I hope you'll be able to resist the urge to rush your recovery! Take care. Don't lift anything heavier than a small teapot!

Yep lifting that Boy statue I bet ? You lay around and take care now. Use your ice packs and just watch movies or read a couple good books while your back rests and heals from all its hard work.

Aw, sorry you hurt your back, Bernideen! I hope you heal up quickly. Your bread looks just lovely. I finally got a tea post together but not outside. The weather is dark and dreary today so I had to set it up indoors. Do take care.

Blessings,
Sandi

Oh dear Bernideen, I hope your poor back heals quickly and you'll feel better soon. You certainly need a break to relax.
I did read your post on your new picket fence and it looks so pretty in your back yard. I'm sure having it go across the back will add to the charm.
Take care, my friend! Healing hugs are sent your way.

Please take care and rest your back...Love all your post and love those Victoria books! I use to live in Southwest Missouri but we didn't spend a lot of time near those little towns you go to--we hope to take a road trip to Missouri next year and see the entire state with stops at some of those tea rooms you have been too...will need to make a list! Hope you are back soon...soft hugs...

Dear Bernideen
At our age heavy lifting is not a good thing but like you, I would do it anyway as well. Hopefully your back is getting better, possibly some physio on it?

Hope you are on the mend. Take care!

Dear Bernideen!
So sorry about your back! I haven't had the opportunity to visit all my tea ladies for sometime, and the week I have a tea post--you're down for the count. I hope you know God's healing touch and mend soon. Thank you for leaving the delish recipe--I've been experimenting with a few new ones, too. Those fruity chunks make it look mouth watering. Off to fill my cuppa again.
Joy!

Good Evening Bernideen, I am so sorry to hear that you are unwell and that you have hurt your back. I think the best treatment is to rest and give yourself time to get well again. It is exciting creating a new home, but it is also hard work, so now it is time for you to put your feet up and get yourself well.
With warmest wishes
Daphne
