JULY IN THE GARDEN

This week we had 4 days of rain that broke off most all my delphiniums.
I was pretty sad but had to "get over it" of course!

The Queen Anne's Lace is just beginning to enlarge and bloom:

Have a lovely weekend:

Too bad thatbthe rain was not a gentle one. We also had four days of torrential downpours this week and the garden here looks pretty beat up. I didn't have any lovely delphininums to lose, though. Did you run out and gather some up for an indoor bouquet?

Your Queen Anne's Lace will be beautiful and I almost envy your Sadler teapots.

I was in Colorado a few weeks ago and you do have some heavy rains...and thunder with lightning! However, your garden remains magical and I love the colors you've planted. XOXO

Your garden is looking lovely as usual. I rather like the addition of the QA lace in my butterfly garden this year, don't know why I didn't think about it before since you share yours regularly.
