GOOD MORNING "Tea In The Garden"

Good Morning "Tea In The Garden" and Good Morning Queen Anne's Lace:

We have been experiencing more rain than usual in Colorado and I must say a mosquito was pursuing me the whole time I took these pictures which is unusual.  We are so glad that our pattern of wildfires isn't happening.

Today I am sharing two hand painted cups and saucers: a Bell China Company and a Salisbury one.

I recently found this sweet purple topper which someone
embroidered as a real labor of love.

Please pour yourself a cup of tea and have a seat.

If you too are a blogger and love tea time - please link something from your blog about tea below and please include a link back to me on that posting.

Love all your Queen Ann Lace flowers! I have less than usual in my flower beds, so I need to have what I have reseed this year. Your tea table is so inviting, love your new topper. I wonder if people even make them anymore. Wish I could stop and have tea with you! Thank you for hosting your tea party!

Bernideen,

I see you are in Colorado! I live there but am currently visiting family in another state. I love all of your pictures and everything in them! especially the tea cups they are so cute! This semester I had to write a paper about tea in one of my classes and I just wanted to tell you about what I have found. I learned that tea is good for you and unlike soda. All through out history tea was also used as remedies for the sick. They used a lot of the herbs that we use for tea to heal the sick or wounded. There are studies that show tea release endorphins that make people happy. There are so many different kinds of tea. You can mix all kinds of herbs and there are many different simple teas such as green tea, black tea, oolong, herbal, and many more! I grew up drinking tea my entire life and I love tea to this day. Tea parties and quirky tea sets. I love your blog it is so cute!
