ANOTHER EVENT OVER - A VALENTINE FRIENDSHIP TEA

I am sharing something from my store today....my Valentine Friendship Tea for customers....

These are a few photos from my Valentine Friendship Event.   The room we use to set up our buffet isn't really pretty - it is a side room (the former Roger's Bar Kitchen) so it works well. It has several doorways which work in that people can enter one doorway and exit the other - that helps a lot!  I apologize that photos never look "pretty" here though but it does work well away from the main part of the store.

These photos are from Bernideen's Tea Time Blog and taken at Bernideen's Store located in Historic Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

I have watched these girls grow up and
they
are the sweetest of them all:

I want to thank Sheri at her "Tea at Primrose Hill Blog" for this recipe below - the Strawberry Pretzel Jello Salad!   If you visit her blog you will see many wonderful recipes.  I have made many of her featured recipes and they are always good!

Lucky customers coming in to sample your recipes and browse the store. I think one of the things I like best about blogging is the sharing of recipes and I've made a few of yours Bernideen. I made your Valentine's fudge this weekend and it's very good.

What a wonderful spread for the tea, Bernideen. My eyes were definitely drawn to the trifle on display. I may not have an excessively sweet tooth, but all of these treats looks very tempting!

Now why did you have to do this? You know I am *dying* to visit your store already, way out here in Georgia, and now you have to go and post THIS. Let me see. "Delta? Yes, I need to book a flight, please ..."

Wow! What a feast - and labor of love and appreciation. I love to shop and have many favorite stores, but there's not a single store that does something like this. You're one of a kind and your customers must love you!
