A RIDE THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS

Yesterday we took a ride....up into the mountains through Deckers, on to 285 north to Conifer and Morrison...coming out in Denver. At one point a bull Elk with a large rack walked out in front of our car but I didn't have my camera ready.  I deleted all the photos I took  of the burnt trees from the fire 10 years ago....very ugly.

The sound of this stream was very pretty.....

Don't you just love the mountains? I love living in Idaho because the scenery is so beautiful that it takes my breathe away. No matter how many times we drive through the canyon along the Payette River I am in awe. See you tomorrow.

Hugs,
Susan and Bentley

Beautiful, Bernideen - reminds me of Yellowstone - which from your mention of Denver might be very near there . . .
Joy!
