I am so loving our cooler nights here in Colorado and the ability to turn the oven on again! PUMPKIN MUFFINS are so easy to make and taste delicious for breakfast or Afternoon Tea Time! I made these last night for dinner.

Since the magazine is available at the grocery - get one now if you don't already have it. This muffins were moist and I did add raisins to mine since I didn't have dried cranberries in the cupboard.
