PAST AND PRESENT FALL FOR "Open House"

Welcome to "OPEN HOUSE"!

A quick photo trip back over the last few years produced these collages and reflections of other falls and other times:

The colors of fall are so vibrant and impact our foods, our decor and even our thoughts!  We love the smell of gingerbread and pumpkin in the kitchen and we find the heat of the oven a welcome instead of an avoidance.  Perhaps you have something we would love for fall!

I invite my blogging friends to share today - something about home, decor, thrifting, antiquing, cooking, baking, floral, crafting - you get the idea!  Link up here for "Open House" and join in the fun!

We never saw Mr. Red Fox last year - well, maybe once crossing the street but not like the winter before when he frequently ran through the green belt behind our house and even climbed over our backyard fence trying to get the squirrels.

I am linking this post to:  Feathered Nest Friday and Home and Garden Thursday

Bernideen, I love your mosaics! You are an artist with a camera. I always enjoy your tablescapes/teascapes and garden pics. You captured a great photo of the fox too. We used to see fox here but not for about a year now. We haven't seen deer in the yard for a long time now, but recently I saw evidence they'd visited! Have a great wknd, Bernideen, and thanks for sponsoring Open House.

I haven't actually decorated for fall yet, but your lovely teawares are inspiring me to go pull out my browns and golds!

Bernideen, your mosaics are lovely! I love the fox and that teapot! We are seeing foxes everywhere here these days. The last few years they have become very tame and don't seem to mind us humans. Have a delightful weekend.

Blessings,
Sandi

Hi Bernideen,

Such lovely mosaics and wonderful photos of autumn. We haven't seen any foxes in our area, which I'm kind of glad about. Thank you for hosting.

Love the transferware teapot. My decorations are fairly simple and more Halloweeny than fall. Maybe I should bring some pumpkins in from the garden. The garden is showing signs of fall.
