IT'S BEEN A "QUEEN ANNE" SUMMER

The harvest has been plenteous this summer from the Queen
Anne's Lace seeds I scattered 2 summers ago:

I have thousands of seeds forming on each bloom...

On one side of my yard - the plants are over 5 feet tall - I love it!

Your Queen Anne's Lace plants are splendid, and your sculpture of the cat and the bird's nest too.

I absolutely love Queen Anne's lace... I used to wander down the country road in front of my grandmother's home picking bouquets of it to give to her.... along with the myriad other wildflowers that grew along the byway!

You harvest Queen Annes and then what? Very curious, as I remember when I lived in Illinois, when I picked them, they closed up into a ball, then turned brown. But very pretty growing as a wild flower.

Love Queen Anne during the summer. Wish it held up for bouquets in the house, but I just enjoy outdoors.

Wow, just love these all the more. I regret not having them in my garden this year - so ethereal! I do appreciate you sharing with Home and Garden Thursday,
