I've been thinking of you -- and hoping that all was well.
I hope your damage was not too extensive Bernideen. We'll miss you, take care.Judith
I'm so sorry, Bernideen! Glad you are personally safe, but know your heavy heart for your friends. We suffered a frightening storm last night around 1am that had hurricane force winds at 94 mph - tremendous destruction in our hometown and power will not be wholly restored until next week sometime. So many trees down and homes damaged. We got our power early today, but were in the random 10% who did. Between your fires, Florida's floods and hurricanes, and our mid-Atlantic freak thunderstorms - many families are in crisis. May you know God's provision in all things.Joy!Kathy
I know how feel Bernideen. We too are safe but somehow nothing else seems important right now. Remember that God is on your side and you will recover from this past week. ~ Your Friend, Jocelyne

Hello Bernideen, I am glad to hear you are safe. I have a friend Jan, in Buena Vista who has been keeping an eye on the fires as well. I can understand people feeling blue over all this displacement and destruction. Hopefully soon, after repairs, people will begin to feel better. My heart goes out to all those who lost their homes and even loved ones.Have a good rest.Terri
