100th ANNIVERSARY of the Sinking of the TITANIC

Today is the 100th Anniversary of the Sinking of the Titanic (it struck the iceberg before midnight and went down on the 15th being after midnight.)  Caitlin Horton stopped by today with her lovely outfit.  She purchased the dress in my store but made her cape and hat herself.  She is very talented at costume making as well!

See another Titanic post below from Wednesday, April 11th!

Hi Bernideen,
amazing, that you sell even vintage robes in your store. The young lady looks really pretty, just perfect for a First Class Tea Time. I would love to shop at your store and see all the pretty china.
Best greetings, Johanna

What a gorgeous outfit. Love the hat and cape made by the wearer too. Thanks for sharing. PS I'm just listening to a story on the 10am news about a commemoration ceremony that will be held in Halifax today. What a simply horrendous tragedy was the sinking of The Titanic.
