WHEN PANSY'S BLOOM

Like most of the country, we are having unseasonably warmer weather instead of the usual springtime snows.  Everything seems to be ahead of schedule.  I spent last week in Virginia and it was warmer than usual there.  A stop at the airport in Charlotte, North Carolina (necessary to fly into Patrick Henry Airport) revealed even greener views.

IT MUST BE TIME FOR PANSY'S!

I am using an old vintage woven bed linen for a tablecloth:

I am linking this post to two blogging friends:  Sandi at Rose Chintz Cottage for Tea Time Tuesday and also Kathy at A Delightsome Life
so I hope you will enjoy visiting their blogs as well!

It does seem like things are early this year...but it's never too early for pansies. Thanks for the lovely photos. A true breath of spring (without having to go outside, which my allergies preclude at the moment)
Smiles,
Ruth

Oh B, your pansies china - the whole set up is suburb! You have so many pieces and everything goes so well together!

Even your doilies are pansies.

Oh how lovely, it just screams early spring, and it just eye candy for certain.

Just lovely.

I bought my mom-in-love the pansy tea cup and saucer for her birthday one year and she loved them so much we ended up buying the teapot, many more cup and saucer sets, luncheon plates and a few other things. She has a whole china cabinet full.

Hello Bernideen,
Last week our warm weather broke all records on the Island. Today, everything is shut down because of a snow storm! It's March!
Love your pansies! Your teapots, teacups, doilies, tablecloth, everything is just charming! Love the bunny butler too. Thank you for sharing this with us at Tea Time and enjoy your week.

Blessings,
Sandi

Your tea set is magnificent! I usually like tea sets with BIG roses, but now I think I can add to my list those with BIG PANSIES on them!! The table setting is just beautiful. I love the dollies. Very creative idea also using the bed linen for a table cloth. It sure made your table look beautiful. I am now a new follower.
