TEA IN THE GARDEN ON SATURDAY

Welcome to the first "real time" Tea in the Garden on Saturday.....
and would you believe it snowed here yesterday!  I surely made a mistake in starting this so soon.  I know the rules but this year I have pushed things a bit.  Really, we aren't supposed to plant until after Memorial Day Weekend.  On Mother's Day many of you get your green light.  Here beside the mountains we still have cold and snow sometimes.....It is a cool day but I have set up a little tea table special for you in the garden.  It is cloudy and overcast outside so my photos are a little dark.

I love old vintage linens so I grabbed a few at random and took out a pansy teapot since the pansies are here!

And of course my Victorian Tipping Teapot for fun!

Welcome to Tea!

An old door greets you when you come into my Beatrix Potter Tea Garden and I have a new mouse in the garden....

I hope he didn't frighten you!

Some other dear blogging friends have made special posts this week for "Tea in the Garden on Saturday" so please visit them as well.  If someone was missed please let me know so I can add you!

Do help yourself to some lovely scones I baked for you!

Have a lovely weekend!  I heard this morning that it was snowing like crazy in Loveland, Colorado and Aspen has so much snow they will be open for skiing on Memorial Day Weekend.....just in case you want to ski.....or snowboard?

Thank you So Much for inviting me to Tea in the Garden on Saturday! It is SO DELIGHTFUL! I just LOVE your setting, Every Single detail! Oh how I love the table linens! I have such a problem with the tablecloths of today not dragging the floor(I LOVE THAT). Like formal attire! Your garden critters are very well behaved and so much fun! I LOVE every one of them...
Have a wonderful weekend,
Hugs,
Donna

Snow? Oh my! We lived in the mountains and got snow on the 4th of July parade...red crepe paper does RUN! Sorry if it ruined your tea. A lovely setting as usual with all my favorite things. I love your mouse!

Love all your garden rooms. I adore foxgloves. Just planted a couple more in my front garden area. I like the use of the old door in your garden. Think sunshine and no more snow!

I love-love-love these garden photos, and it's just incredible to me that it's still snowing at places in Colorado! In May! It's already in the nineties and iced tea weather here in Georgia!

Also ... a tipping teapot is on my Bucket List of teawares I want! Yours is absolutely beautiful!
