I LOVE AFTERNOON TEA

This week as I looked out my kitchen window I saw a fox running through the green belt. During the winter I rarely saw any which was a surprise to me compared to other winters.  I love my English Fox Hunt teaset and I have an 8 piece luncheon plate set.

Welcome to my personal blog about my love for all things tea and especially my love for teasets, tablesettings and afternoon tea!  I personally don't like going to a tea blog and finding it really is just an effort to sell me something so I have separated my store blog which has a link to the right from my personal tea affairs.  (items here are not for sale)

I talk about tea parties a lot at my store with ladies who come in and many are having one this week.  We exchange our passion and motivate each other.  This week, with Mother's Day, there are many tea parties going on around town in homes, churches, schools, etc.  I love it!  What a great way to honor mothers, daughters, ladies and girls.  I will be baking all day tomorrow preparing!  Take this time to share and may I suggest that you be sure to include the ladies who never became mothers.

You are invited to come back for "Tea In The Garden On Saturday"!

I love being on a blog in Canada to find a link to a site that ends up being in my own backyard! A trip south to CO Springs is in my future to come visit your wonderful store.
Isnt spring just a mess this year? Is lagging here in Denver and I dont have any garden flowers except the lilac bushes which have been wonderful this year. Glad to find you!

Love your blog as I love doing teas. Thanks also for remembering ladies who never became mothers because my MIL has never once told me Happy Mother's Day in 38 years but I am always expected to remember her on Mother's Day!
Pink hugs & Happy Mother's Day!
