THE HUNT IS ON FOR TEA TIME TUESDAY !

I always look forward to Tea Time Tuesday - even if I get my post up a little late!  I thought I would say today - so many have asked me to join other Tuesday celebrations and I think that is lovely!  (my little problem is frankly, I am a working lady who has runs out of T I M E !)  But I appreciate the invites....

This morning when I heard the dogs barking and yelping in the green belt I thought of hunting dogs!  I have a set of this Crownford English teaware with the Hunt theme. I have 2 teapots, cream and sugar,  8 cups and saucers, 8 dessert plates and 8 luncheon plates.  MEN LOVE IT and I usually use it around Thanksgiving...

Tea Time Tuesday is planned by Sandi from Prince Edward Island at Rose Chintz Cottage & Inspirations

Crownford was a private label importer based in New York which closed about 10 years ago...

I don't recommend a doily on a lighted warmer...

I have several silverplate tea strainers and have seen some of you share antique ones - now that I would love to have!

Last night I baked a pumpkin bread and the house smelled like heaven!

I love it paired with Harney's Cranberry Autumn tea....

TAKE SOME TIME TODAY FOR TEA!

Mmmm, yum! The pumpkin bread looks just wonderful, Bernideen! Would that ever taste good with your cranberry tea. I love the tea set. I can see why the men would like it. It's quite handsome! The red uniforms are very striking. Wishing you a beautiful Autumn day and please keep the tea hot, I'll be right over!

Blessings,
Sandi

Hello, I enjoyed my visit and getting to know you.If I had a tea set that was more masculine I wonder if I could get my husband to participate in my love of tea rituals.I just don't think so.Please drop by and spend some time with me. Denise

That Crownford tea set is really nice. I'd like to have a more masculine pattern like that one. The pumpkin bread seems perfect with it and looks delicious.
