GINGERBREAD FINGERS WITH LEMON CREME FILLING

I had posted on October 19th about a new magazine. Friday night I decided to bake the Gingerbread Fingers Recipe.  They were very yummy!

The one thing that I did different was made a lemon creme filling instead of orange since I had a bag of lemons on hand and no orange!  These were featured in this magazine:

See more about this magazine full of recipes on my October 19th post!  If you live in high altitude like I do - I would suggest reducing the baking soda to 1/2 tsp.

Those gingerbread fingers look delicious. I like ginger cookies, so I know I'd enjoy these. That magazine may have to be added to my collection.

Hi Bernideen,
you are always the best, in tea sets as much as in yummy recipes.

YUM!! Lemon sounds much better than orange. Stay warm...it's been very windy today out here on the eastern plains. ♥♫
