Last night I knew it was time for chili....easy chili.....fast chili!
In a saucepan saute 1/2 chopped med onion, 1/2 large chopped green pepper, and 1 stalk of chopped celery. I like to dump my
1 1/4 pounds of hamburger right on top of that where the above is on the bottom for a few minutes getting more heat! Simmer and chop up the hamburger until everything is nicely browned.
In a nice big pot, empty these cans: 2 regular size cans of tomato soup and 1 of those cans full of water, 1 large can diced plain tomatoes, 1 each of 3 kinds of beans, regular size cans: red, pinto and black, plus 2 Tb of chili powder or more if desired and salt and pepper to taste
Stir through and add the hamburger mixture and simmer together for 15 minutes!
