MEET FOR TEA? I CAN'T SAY NO !

Meet for tea?  I can't say no!  I would love to go to tea with those of you I have becoming "blogging friends" with!  Of course, we are many miles apart!  So we continue to enjoy our long distance acquaintance!

Since it is hot out, I have a fan for you to use!

I've made you some tea in my Chintz Old Country Rose Teapot!

I love your beautiful tea pot. I love tea pots too. That is the cutest tea towel. Did you make it just for today?

Lovely chintz tea set Bernideen and I always love visiting you, especially to see the wonderful books you have. I have checked on-line and the books are available in Canada so I'll be leaving a list around as a hint for Christmas etc. :-)
How clever of the person that embroidered that saying - that would be me for sure!

Lovely!! Teatime, for me, is a time of beautification. To bask in the calmness of tea (yes, you COULD gulp it, but you'd burn your tongue) and the beauty of the tea accessories is such a delight.

Anyhow, I have one lone Old Country Roses teacup, something I acquired after my grandmother passed away. But that one piece is all I have. The teapot is simply exquisite!!!

Have a lovely, beau-tea-ful day!!

Love,
Patti (Fill My Cup with Beauty)

Dear Bernideen,
I am always amazed about your good eye for combining patterns. The colors of the Contry Rose tea cups and the chintz tea pot are really exactly the same and so are those of the fan. That's really a great fan in this hot time. Certainly, I would love to join you for one of your sweet tea occassions and I can imagine how many nice stories and tales you would tell us about tea and Beatirx Potter and so on.

Absolutely charming tea set. The Old Country Roses is a classic, and the chintz is beautiful. The tea towel is adorable! I wish it were hot here. We are still in sweaters by the coast with a thick marine layer overhead.
