MORE ABOUT INCOMPLETE TEASETS ON PINK SATURDAY!

Today is Pink Saturday...welcome to my blog. I am participating with many others in Pink Saturday which is in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness.  My blog is all about tea parties and tea sets and all things tea....so here goes.....do you have some pieces or parts of an old tea set???   Well these photos show you how easy it is to blend them together with something else in a mix and match fashion.  This TEAPOT AND 2 CUPS AND SAUCERS ARE RELATIVELY NEW- the others old!

I picked a lovely old embroidered tablecloth which matched these dishes perfectly!   I imagine someone has some of these at a yard sale in your neighborhood this weekend!

I am using a tea warmer here to keep the tea hot. Never put a votive candle inside- just a tea candle and don't go off and leave it for hours burning - it could get too hot!

I have made you some lovely scones....the recipe on this blog is at:

I have always loved the

old Japanese Lusterware!

PS I love that you violin has a bow and sheet music ... and strings. I have a violin (probably more a fiddle) ... no strings, no bow. Piano sheet music. Yes. :) Jenn

Good Morning and Happy Pink Saturday. I am just enjoying seeing that things don't have to be perfect (or perfectly complete) to be enjoyed. It's a wonderful thing, isn't it?! I love your teapots cups and saucers! And, saw that hanger on the sidebar w/the 4 cups/saucers, that's neat. Oh for more space..where was I when I had space! ENjoyed my visit. Thanks, Jenn
