TODAY IS TEA TIME TUESDAY!

I don't know about you but I can hardly wait for warm weather that "stays around" and lets the garden tea parties begin....

I get happy just thinking about being out in the yard with the squirrels, birds and flowers!  Last year I worked on my back yard and created what I called a Beatrix Potter Tea Garden....I had Mrs Tabitha and ....

and Jeremy Fisher..

Peter Rabbit didn't make an appearance in these photos because he was added late in the summer but he too loves TEA IN THE GARDEN!

You can visit others who participate in this day at:

Hi Bernideen,

you made a very nice post. I like this cute little bird, showing us all the exiting photos of your tea parties. And that lovely one outside with the croquet set. That's an amazing tablecloth with bobbin lace. I would love to be invited. And after tea we had a walk trough your yard and I could say "Hello" to Mrs. Tabitha and Mr. Jeremy Fisher. It's like being in a fairytale.

Greetings, Johanna

Absolutely love tea in the garden. Your first picture is especially lovely with the croquet sitting there. What a perfect setting for afternoon tea. I wish I could have tea outside all year long. I am going to have to figure out how to do that.

What a lovely yard! I just watched the recent movie version of the life of Miss Potter again. You inspire me to create my own tea garden. Thank you...

I'm looking forward to tea on our deck. We had record breaking heat for awhile but now we're back to normal (which now appears cold!).
