Last night the fire was crackling and we were rewatching "Julie and Julia". The scene where Julie is coming home from work and decides to make a chocolate pie sent me to the refrigerator and pantry.  Yes, I had the necessary ingredients.....what is it about a pot of hot tea together with dessert that is so lovely?  Relaxation - that's it.

See my post from 5/1/2009 for this recipe for chocolate pie!

Hello Bernideen,
that tea pot is again so charming. I am always enthralled about your china. And the spoons are cute. What a great idea to make this yummy chocolate dessert. I think, this is a nice way to relax with those treats and a crackling fire. Thank you for sharing.
Have a nice weekend,

I enjoyed that movie too.

I got such a kick out of your little visitor eating your pumpkins! Perhaps you should bake him a pie! ;) Have a lovely weekend, my friend.

Blessings,
