Valentine Tea Ideas

No one has done a better job at developing recipes for afternoon tea ideas for holidays and special occasions, than Shelley Richardson. In the book "A Tea For All Seasons" an entire menu is laid out for each month of the year moving through the seasons and months.  In her chapter "February Tea for Lovers" you will find all sorts of great recipes.  She has ideas for decorating, music and of course, food. There is a Chocolate Valentine Cake in a perfect 8" - 9" size for a couple. Actually you can take this up a notch because with recipes like Lobster Newburg included in this chapter you can have an authentic high tea in the evening.

This tea book is available at Bernideen's for $19.95.
