Cranberry Spinach Salad

It is so easy to make a nice fresh spinach salad.....just wash your greens and drain well. Cut up an avocado, about 1/2 cup of craisins, 1/3 cup pine nuts, and about 6 pieces of bacon that has been fried and drained, and cut up into small pieces. Mix all through.....

At the last moment - pour on some Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing - enjoy!

Cranberries and spinach are two of my favorites, so I will have to try this!

I'd go for this salad just without the bacon. And I wouldn't mind making a salad dressing with tea as an ingredient. --Spirituality of Tea

Looks like a wonderful spinach salad. I've never tried it with advocado, but it sounds good.
