Tea In Paris

Wouldn't it be fun to have tea in Paris....
I can pretend can't I? With my Limoges demitasse cup and saucer and Harney "Paris" Tea and enjoy reading from "French Tea" - the pleasurers of the french tea table....

The purple glass vase was purchased from a friend who went to Paris on a buying trip for her antique store.......

The demitasse cup and saucer is from the 1970's and was featured in Better Homes and Gardens magazine in a photo shoot.........

Take time this summer and visit some places you really can't go too! Leap into some lovely tea books and dream!

I love that French Tea book and have had tea at several of the locations mentioned there. Wonderful! Bruce Richardson told me at the WTE that Carol Manchester has passed away.

Oooooh, I want to go!
You have a wonderful post today.
You did such a nice job of convincing me that I was really in Paris.
I'd like to try some of this tea and your china is lovely.
Hope you'll drop by my place for Tea on Thursday.
Blessings,

Oh, what a delightful thought! I have seen the H & S Paris tea at a local market here. I have been thinking about buying some but wasn't sure of the taste.

Many blessings,

Your Paris tea vignette is very pretty. Is that a Scottish thistle design on the cup? That tea book is one I have yet to add to my tea library. Isn't that a wonderful dream - visiting the tea rooms of Paris.

Bernideen,

I have that book too (it's lovely) and the Paris blend by Harney & Sons is one of my favorites! How fun to find others who share the same likes as me:).

Blessings,
