That sounds like a wonderful event. I always regretted not visiting PEI when I lived in Canada.

Oh Bernideen. Me, me , me! I love Anne! :-) I wish I could attend too.

I read Anne of Green gables a long time ago (not my book)l. Then after several years while browsing through a bookstore i discovered Anne again and actually bought it to read it again. The I discovered that it is a series and so I went back to the store and look for the next parts. There are different publishing and I want my books to be uniformed so there :-) I only have until 6th (Anne's House of Dreams. They don't have the remaining books :-( I still kept asking though everytime I enter a bookstore but to no avail. Sad, really. I wish I had the complete series.

Was even planning to make a post about it with the books but the first one hasn't been returned to me yet :-)

I do treasure my Anne books (eventhough I only have the pocketbook size - softbound which I can afford :-) )Dos'nt matter. I love the story and I won't tire of reading it multiple times :-)She taught me about "kindred spirits" :-)
