Tea Time at the Inn by Gail Greco

Just because a book is out of print doesn't mean it isn't great!
You would love this tea book if you don't already have it! I recommend you search for a copy. I personally can get lost in this book for hours!
Gail has a wonderful collection of themed menu's and recipes for all seasons in this tea cookbook. There is a great deal of information about serving tea related foods and making the perfect cup of tea. There are great tips for making scones and sandwiches. I really enjoyed seeing the recipe for the "Maids of Honor Tarts" which are always a very fun item to include in your Afternoon Tea Party. I recommend you tell the story that goes behind this tart as ladies will love it

This is one of my favorite books in my tea library. I often refer to it, especially when planning a theme tea.

I enjoy your blog so much! It's like a little bit of 'magic'. As for Tea Time At The Inn, I have seen copies of it in the regular bookstores as recently as a week ago. It really is a lovely book!
