This lovely salad will serve about 12 people....it also tastes like dessert:
The congealed base consists of 1 large grape jello stirred into 2 cups boiling water, 1 20 oz can of drained pineapple and 1 can of blueberry pie filling. Stir all together and place in refrigerator.
Topping: 1 8 oz cream cheese softened, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar
Spread on top of the congealed salad and refrigerate!
